Healthy Cooking Classes

There is nothing more satisfying than eating that you have cooked with your own hands, and that is why I fell in love with cooking. Cooking classes are my way of sharing the wonderful world of healthy vegan cookery.

What is the structure of each class?

Each class is about 2 to 2.5 hours. Most classes are demonstrations, unless otherwise noted in the class description. However, participation is always encouraged. After each class, we sit down and enjoy the foods that we've made together. You will leave each class with a packet of recipes that you can take home with you to impress your friends and family with your new cooking skills! Classes are located at instructor's home kitchen in Amherst.

What kind of food are we going to make?

All recipes are natural and vegan, which means no animal products and no processed and refined foods. Recipes for each class depend on the class theme. Check out the Calendar for class themes.

How much does it cost?

Generally, classes are $40 per person. Prices may be different for special classes and events.
